The exhibition was first unveiled in 2013, and newly updated and presented as the “Design Exhibition Desigh Ah! Exhibition” from March to May of 2018 at the Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art and Design, and from July to October of 2018 at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) in the Odaiba district of Tokyo.
Based on the concept presented by the NHK educational program “DESIGN-AH” – which communicates the “design thought process” – this installation welcomes visitors to feel and sense the richness of “seeing”, “thinking”, and “creating” through art and design while helping people understand the relationships of art with science and technology, through the development of an environment which allows them to experience design perspectives and thought processes.
